Who is Jess.Sg?

 

Jess.Sg was started in 2008 by a bag lover, whom wants to bring to customers choice of more affordable authentic  branded bags and special bags ranges. With overwhelming support from our customers, we decided to establish a website for online shopping and ordering tracking website. At Jess.Sg, user will be able to check on the latest design, stock availabilities, order tracking and even chat with us live. From the website, you will also have link to our twitter, facebook and Ebay auction site. We will be holding sales and promotions through Jess.Sg periodically. Is your product new and authentic?

Jess.Sg will only deal with authentic new bags and accessories.Singapore having very strict rules on IP regulations, it would be a serious offences to deal or trade with imitation or copy goods. For most of our products, it will normally be accompany with either orginal tag, gifts receipts or original packaging to assure our customer on the authenticity.  Customer could also bring their purchased product for authentication with any boutique.

Can I make reservation?

As our products are available in both store and online store, purchasing of the product will be on first come first first basis.
Customer has a choice to proceed to our retail store.

4.       Upon end of the 30 days (Jess.Sg Pte Ltd will contact customers for collection or delivery)

5.       If we’re unable to contact customers due to whatsoever the reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and release item out for sales.

6.       Deposit paid will then be forfeited.

7.       Jess.Sg Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend our reservation policy when it’s deem required

What are my payment options?

Jess.Sg E-store accepts payment via Paypal which means all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards can be used. Note that Jess.Sg are absorbing all service charges incurring for inbound payment via Paypal. We do also accept Local Bank Transfer(LBT) (Singapore Only), to our accounts in POSB, OCBC and UOB Bank. Do drop us an email at sales@jess.sg once you have transferred the money via LBT. We would confirmed and send a email/sms to confirm the transfer within 48 hours. Note that for all pending orders, orders will only be confirmed only if we received the payment within 48hrs, else Jess.Sg reserved the right to cancel the order and release the reserved product.

For orders shipped to destinations outside Singapore, Jess.Sg is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Will I receive the tracking information of my orders?

Once your Jess.Sg order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and the payment due. A second email will be sent once your order is ready to be shipped.

For ex-stock item, the deliveries will be within 2-3 days, depending on the payment and shipping arrangement. For incoming stock items and pre-order items, Jess.Sg will advise accordingly on the estimate date of arrival. At Jess.Sg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products goes through strict quality check before they are delivered to you. Hence, we are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. We do encourage the customer to do a detail check on the product upon receiving it, else the product is deem to be in good condition and Jess.Sg is not liable for any refund/exchange. For any manufacturing defects, Jess.Sg will be glad to investigate and provide our customer a satisfactory outcome.
For clearance, sales and special order items are not refundable or exchangeable.For all regular items, please return all orders in its original form, packaging and tags. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
